[MSNBC Appearance] Sunday, October 2nd. Jack Talks Law and Terrorism

I appear on MSNBC on Sunday, October 2nd.  The American government has killed one of their own.  Well, sort of.  American born Muslim Cleric Anwar al-Awlaki was killed by American forces in Yemen.  Without question, this will have an impact upon al Qaida to operate.  However, if all Americans have a presumption of innocence and there must due process for all Americans, did the U.S. violate the law?  I will talk about killing, what it means for al Qaida, and what it might mean for the U.S.

Hope you can watch.
