Criminal Defense Attorney, Former CIA Officer, Media Analyst and Public Speaker 

Jack Rice practices exclusively in the areas of criminal defense and DWI/DUI defense.  He is unique across the entire state of Minnesota and the U.S. as the only criminal defense attorney who is also a former Central Intelligence Agency Officer as well as a former prosecuting attorney. [KMSP Channel 9 Appearance] September 21st: Jack Talks Release of Hikers from Iran and the Fallout

I appear on KMSP Channel 9 on September 21st.  The remaining two American hikers have finally been released from an Iranian prison after paying $1 million.  So, what does this mean now?  Does this put Iran in a stronger or a weaker position?  Does the use of criminal law and bail requirements bring Iran into the world community or isolate it further?  As a criminal defense attorney and a former Central Intelligence Agency officer, I will talk about what it means and what comes next!
