Jack Rice practices exclusively in the areas of criminal defense and DWI/DUI defense.  He is unique across the entire state of Minnesota and the U.S. as the only criminal defense attorney who is also a former Central Intelligence Agency Officer as well as a former prosecuting attorney. [WCCO TV Appearance] October 2nd: Jack Talks Law and Terrorism

I appear on WCCO TV on October 2nd at 10 a.m. c.t.  The Americans killed Anwar al-Awlaki in Yemen with a drone.  The Americans claims he was a really bad guys and he does seem to have connections with attacks at Fort Hood, the Christmas Day Plane attack and the Times Square attack.  So, what are the connections?  Next, should be be killing Americans without due process?  We will talk law and terrorism.  This should be an interesting conversation.
