I appear on MSNBC on February 4th at 11a.m. e.t. The Christmas day Underwear Bomber is cooperating with the FBI after he was charged in a civilian courtroom. The GOP has continued to argue that Obama is soft on terrorism. However, this approach is working exactly as it should. What this says about the GOP is something else all together and none of it is good.

With Abdulmutallab cooperating with the FBI now that he has been charged in a civilian courtroom, it is clear that GOP arguments have been completely undermined. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs came out with an outrageous statement regarding Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and how he would apparently be put to death. Some much for Constitutional protections. I talked about it today on MSNBC and NBC apparently wanted to talk about it. So, here we go.
